Certain rules people sadly ignore these days in the gym.
I have been training since July of 1987, so I know precisely what I am talking about.
Unless you are training legs it is counter productive to walk or jog as a warm up before your training session. Your quads and calves will soak up blood and make it more difficult for other muscle groups to reach the -pump! -
Secondly, to all you idiots who treat the gym as an Internet cafe; you will never achieve any muscular improvement whatsoever-if you spend two hours in the gym and ten minutes actually touching weights.
Thirdly; stop sitting on equipment when others who are serious about the sport want to utilize it. It-s extremely disrespectful! Hilarious when I see you guys in the same exact shape year after year.
You shouldn-t be training more than 45 to 50 minutes a session. If you go over that time, your not training hard enough and not taking advantage of your anabolic window.
Old school advice for this crazy generation.

Mistake 5: Don't skip your warm up.
Funny, I just came from the other video of 7 best things you can do. and that talked about how you should skip your warm up - for the 18% of people a warm up decreased performance. Guess this was updated with new information found. I've always found that I perform better 'cold' rather than warmed up so might be an outlier there.
Interesting videos, esp. paired together.

I use a very comfortable cushioned shoe but proper Earthing/Grounding before a workout is great, no one seems to mention this, the nonconductive soles in footwear does not allow proper natural grounding which relieves electrical charge caused by rf waves and things. Swimming and showering provides grounding as well. I never use wireless devices to start with.

The training material is excellent. But I've got to admit that I sometimes choose alternate sources of training because I'm tired of the constant background beat in all your videos. It wears on ya after a while.

It really bugs me that his socks aren't yellow to match the head and wristband combo. Yes, I think I need to get out more.

Cole.
Does the fasting advice go with morning workouts? Cause I workout in the morning, I don-t have time the rest of the day.
