There are many ways to swim freestyle. These are the ones we think are common among the swimming community. To win one of the five swimcaps (One is signed by three olympic champions) go to this link and follow the instructions. To get the Edge and see their indiegogo campaign

Hi. umm I kinda need some help if you can please? The thing is, I used to swim a year ago (went for just 3 months) and I started again this year and this is the 3rd month. I learnt breastroke first, then back and at the end of the last month, I learnt freestyle. I'm able to do 200m in 5 mins but I take 20 mins to complete 500m Ik I need to improve but the question is how much? How much more should I be working hard?

I'm in recovery from my Crossing Cramer days, trying to catch myself and pull away from bad habits. As a kid, I probably did too many catch-up drills that involved clasping the hands in streamline before starting the pull.

Thank you so much. I don't have enough money to pay for a swimming academy, and, thanks to your videos, I can go to the local pool and work on my drills. Swimming should be free, thanks for making it happen

Depending on the day Dying Danny or the exact opposite aiming to do slow relaxed laps and end up speeding up without realising until I'm halfway down the pool and too tired to make it to the end.

I have never laughed at a swim video ever, but I almost choked I was laughing so hard on this one! Thank you! You really captured all the different ways. Must have done some lifeguarding eh?

I told my friends that I can't swim (I've been swimming since I was 3 if I am not mistaken) and I'm going to prank them on the day we'll go swimming so I'm here for hilarious ideas

Was that 50 meter underwater? Damn. impressive. Can you tell some info how fast swimmer he is and how long he can hold breath non-moving to achieve such long swim underwater?
reply

Everyone on my team does number 3 lol. We all bend our right arm, but have a straight left arm. We werent taught to do it, but thats just how we all naturally swim
reply

I take out my head a bit more than I should while breathing so maybe #11 and also I almost never go straight but that's because I'm always dodging people lol
