How many days a week should you work out? It depends on your fitness level. If you are a beginner asking how often should I work out, maybe 3 days per week is enough. How many days a week should you work out if you-re intermediate? Maybe 4-5. If you are advanced, how often to workout is dependent on your goals. If you-re working toward an aesthetic or an athletic goal, you may find that working out up to 6 days per week is fine. But you still need rest. Listen to your body, get enough sleep and pay attention to diet! If you are asking yourself, am I overtraining, it is time to take a look at your training habits!

I've walked for 5 hours in a row today, I would have stopped when I completed 3 hours, but it felt so good that I kept going. Normally I walk from 2 to 3 hours in a row everyday. I've had to stop lifting recently, so walking is the safest thing I can do now.

i am a beginner. i have made a hiit workout for myself which include 12 excersises like push ups, burpees etc only bodyweight exercises with 30 sec work and 15 sec rest. Can i do these 6 days a week or not? or I should take more days off. thanks

You're not talking about overtraining at all. reaching a plateau it's not overtraining. it has to do with adaptation. the gas principle.
The Army doesn't think the 20 Mile Road March is overtraining!

i work out 5 times a week for 40 min weight exercises but im not sure where do i wanna encorporate cardio im thinking to add a sixth day just cardio but im not sure
