Squat-Free- BUBBLE BUTT Workout (Floor-Based Edition) - getfitbyivana Aga: Hi Ivana! I completed this workout yesterday, some moments (especially the last workout with the band) were sooo hard! -
I have a question: after this exercise should I feel my muscles under my booty? Because I can't feel any post workout soreness directly in my booty. Maybe I am not squeezing enough? But I swear, my whole lower body was shaking! -

I don't have a resistance bands. In Venezuela (my country) is sooooooooooooo expensive. Does that matter when training with you?
