[4k] Sewer of Souls Haunted Maze at Six Flag Fright Fest 2018. Vanish into an underground world of lost souls and terrifying tunnels where evil oozes and creatures taunt. MintyStyrofoam: Watching this made me cringe lol. But going through the maze myself, it seemed like a totally different experience. Possibly, the actors were just trying to get a feel of the maze on the first day for the first few hours or so. I feel as if this video is a misrepresentation of what this maze really is. I know that the actors will get better as they gain more experience and find out what works for them I also know that the actors working in this maze will watch this video and read the comments as well. Working in a maze myself for the past couple of years, I can give off some tips and some actual criticisms instead of complaining in the comment section like others are doing. 1) Yelling get out if just cringy. Just stop. 2) Standing there and rolling your head back and forth will not scare anyone. 3) Do not block people when scaring them, leave room for traffic. 4) Less people in some areas of the maze Some of these scenes have way to many people in them, loosen up a bit on the sewer population. 5) Some of them just look plain lazy. Pump it up a little Your in a freaking maze lol. 6) The music is barely loud enough, wheres the soundtrack? SFMM needs to put more sound into there mazes to be honest, to you know, truly immerse your guests in the maze. We all want to see good mazes in any event. Giving constructive criticism in the comment section will definitely make this maze alot better. Just insulting the actors wont make this maze this maze any better. I remember watching a video of one of the mazes I was in, it was pretty bad, but the comment section really helped me and my coworkers figure out the problems and we got better and better at our jobs. Mazes in any theme park/attraction will become better and better as the Halloween season goes on. Just remember, they are actors with no scripts. It takes a while to find footing in what you do. Also, thank you Attractions 360 for the amazing footage. Couldn't find Fright Fest footage anywhere else online TLDR: Misrepresentation of what the maze really is. Actors experimenting what works for them. Better in person. Better as Halloween gets closer (actors will gain more experience and correct mistakes. KudosEdit 1: Added 5 & 6.

Used to work SF Discovery Kingdom and I remember working a lot of nights during Fright Fest. I wasn't necessarily working in the haunted houses because I was a ride operator but after my shift I went with my coworkers to the haunted houses they had during Fright Fest 2016 and tbh it wasn't scary all. Mostly the actors just said the same thing. very redundant and took away from the haunt itself. The only decent thing ig was that they were Killer Clowns and I think there was a chainsaw but i'm not too sure about it. The location of the haunted house itself gave it an eerie vibe because it took place of the White Water Rapids ride but all in all I didn't really enjoy the haunted houses during Fright Fest and I haven't been back ever since then. Maybe things have changed maybe they hired better seasonal actors for this year's FF. They usually hire the same actors every year so maybe there wasn't any change all. The FF themes don't change only the haunted houses but the way they scare is the same but one thing for sure is not worth me going back to FF again.

I will be participating in a haunt in the next coming days as a Character who scares people. And Watching this is wow. Where do I begin. 1. When doing a haunt you NEVER ever tell guests to get out. Which of course is the rule for our haunt. 2. Always scare the person towards the Attraction Exit, which is the end of the Haunted House, never scare them backwards, that'll just block up the person traffic and make it hard for other guests to move. Don't know if I can think of any other tips for this video, but keep up the good work.

If you want to go to a great Haunting event Come by down to a petrified Forest in Florida. We will have two Haunted Houses that will Co-exist with the theme of it. But that's all I can say. I am under a contract of that I can't spoil the whole thing. But you are welcome to go to the website, and buy the tickets from there or buy them from our Haunting Area. See you there.

The mazes at six flags are getting a little better but the actors flat out ruin it. That's where six flags always falls short. Some of these actors need to just stop opening their mouths or six flags needs to pump up some music or ambient noise to at least drown it out so it doesnt carry through the whole maze. Get out out vommitnoises

They really don't give them much direction huh? You're a craaaazy person Act real craaazyIt's not like Universal or some of Knotts where they have a character to play and special ways to scare them, just shriek at guests and stand awkwardly in their path. It's pretty much just an indoor scare zone.

So the designers put in a laser swamp but no fog for it to work? It's just a green laser in the room. It needs fog to reflect off of for the laser swamp to function correctly. Devils advocate maybe there is fog just none at the time this was filmed.

If you compare this to universal studios Hollywood, you can see how there is a story line. However in this, its just a bunch of jump scares and very minimal theming. Its better then some of the other mazes the park, but still kind of sad.

We love this attraction Adding Cast Members to the queue with flashlights, nets and caught creatures was a fantastic addition this year. Really makes it more immersive and believable. Well done as always.

honestly a really good concept, but it was nauseating with the 3D glasses. if they toned it down a little bit or removed the 3D glasses, it'd be really, really dang good (coming from personal experience)
