Will she spill the drink? The thing that caught us by surprise when filming this POV was that they allowed a guest to bring drink on a fast moving roller coaster ride. This train sure looks a lot like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom. Another unique thing we witnessed on one of the coasters ride in China is that it requires you to do some stretching before you can ride the suspended coaster.

This ride is completely wrong as it s so bare bones it s just track and car that s it. Something will go wrong badly, no safety nets no internal brake system no nothing. Not even safety access. Every ride in the US is required to have all those things even California screamin which became the incredcoaster and even the two strata coasters have a way to get guests off in case of emergency. China needs safer rides all I see is too many g forces and no way to tone them down which will go badly.

I am also surprised that they allowed her to bring something like that on a ride. Perhaps it shows that they do not care so much for the safety of the riders where this is. Frankly the girl who brought that drink was very foolish; what did she think was going to happen? She was also showing disregard for others, that entire cup could have splashed into the people behind her. An excellent video as usual, clear and beautiful, it makes us feel like we are there!

The train ride is actually really impressive. After having been to Hong Kong Disneyland and their version of Thunder Mountain/Expedition Everest, Disneyland California is my least favorite. Happy Valley in Beijing has two drops and much sharper turns. Hong Kong has the theming of Thunder Mountain but then thrills of Everest. The Happy Valley theme parks are also just really impressive in general.

The trains imply a Big Thunder knockoff while the theming (at least around the lift hill) implies an Expedition Everest knockoff and the track layout is obviously cloned from Calamity Mine at Walibi Belgium. That can really only mean one thing. This ride is a tripple knockoff!

It isn t necessarily a Big Thunder Mountain knock-since Vekoma did make BTM and it is a model they sell. On top of that, it has a different theme since it seems like a jungle theme as opposed to a western theme.
