Good riddance! You can't even legally watch this movie, and its annoying country bumpkin bs. Now, Black girls will be able to go on a ride themed to a princess that looks like them, which is something straight, white people really take for granted. Representation is HUGE.

On one hand, I'm very happy to see Princess and the Frog is getting representation in Disney World (after all, she is PoC Princess and the last 2D animated princess, if I'm not mistaken.
On the other hand, I'm disappointed that we'll be no longer seeing Splash Mountain.

I sadly wont know the feeling of it being missed personally because in my 25 soon to 26 year old life I've never in my life been to disney world sadly so never had any opportunity to ride these rides. But always enjoy them on video and imagine myself there.

When will a different version be available? I live in Japan, so it's unlikely to change for a while, but the best thing is that both versions will be fun attractions.

I will miss Splash Mountain with everything I ve got! The sights, music, characters, everything. this was my favorite Disney ride besides the Haunted Mansion.

Tokyo's is the best since it's going to stay. The Oriental Land Company said that they weren't interested in the changes, even with Disney pushing them.
