I filmed this myself years ago when cameras weren't so advance and was so disappointed when I watched it at home and it was mostly dark. Travelling from the UK I was really peeved but I could make out little bits. Someone borrowed my videos and never gave them back too so it's nice to relive it all on here again until I get to go back again. This low light camera is amazing. It's so nice to be able to watch this ride. It looks like you're actually there. Just as it is on the actual ride, as with all your videos. BRILLIANT Thanks for posting this

What good is having such a fantastic camera, when you are moving it around like a little 6 year old? Doesn't it have a steadicam feature built in? Every shot is panning around, trying to get everything in one take, and it's too much motion When I was in film school, the first thing my teacher said was to pan a camera as if you were underwater, and to move carefully and slowly, and we didn't have any steadicam for our cameras back then Take a look at some of my footage, and you will see what I am talking about.

At 3: 06 exactly at the top left of the screen you can actually see the spider near the pillar. Rumor has it someone shot the glass with a BB gun and instead of replacing the million dollar glass pane, they made it look like a spider web and put a spider on it. Can't see the broken spider web glass fractures but you can see the spider. AMAZING VIDEO

so at 3: 15 you can see the spider web sticker Disney put on the glass because of the gunshots a guest took through the glass in the 70s they never replaced it because it was the largest single piece of glass made at the time and would have required ripping off the top of the mansion and using a crane to place a new one. fun fact

Wow, this is truly amazing, don't think I've ever seen such clear footage of a darkride before. Now shoot the Knoebels Haunted House in Extreme Low Light XD barely any decent POVs of that ride that DON'T have a flashlight shining off the camera, basically ruining the effect of the lighting.

I know it was the original version but. the boarding area of the california haunted mansion looks so crap compared to magic kingdom and especially to Phantom Manor in Paris, which probably has the best boarding area of any dark ride in the world tbh.

Wow this is my first time seeing this attraction as I've never been to Disneyland, but Holy Crap Those effects are so incredible Now I see where Tim Burton got his inspiration lol. But seriously. They pulled off so many clever tricks

It's like a bad episode of Scooby Doo. And the villain is. Mr Hatfield? The Hat maker. Why would you do such a thing? - I wanted to scare away Mr Jackson, so that I could buy Neverland and then I would own the fun park for myself.
