Like the others have been saying, the story is told backwards. It still looks more incredible and real than the ones I rode many times at Disneyland, California and Florida's Walt Disney World. I never rode Paris. Where is Yo Ho, Yo Ho, A Pirates Life For Me? You hear the tune on and off as a background soundtrack, but the Pirates never actually sing it. Without that, feels like something is missing. Still a great incarnation. Shanghai's Pirates, on YoTube anyways, looks like it is in a class by itself. Totally awesome.

A great video of the best Disney Parks ride in the world. Pity some of the animatronics and effects aren't working, but they should be rectified, or replaced when it has its 6 month refurbishment next year. maybe we'll finally get the characters added too - something I'm in 2 minds about

This is a cool layout. It is nice they did something different. They are the only ones left with the auction scene. I am still mad that Disney removed and replaced those scene here in the U. S. Once they start the Politically Correct stuff. there is no telling where it will end.

So happy you got out to Disneyland Paris but this is actually a bad time to film this attraction as lot's of animatronics have been taken out for maintenance and some aren't working. The ride is getting a refurbishment pretty soon and will be opening again next summer.

First off I really appreciate what you do I can't help but wonder how and why you do this though. Do you get paid or are you just that dedicated? Do you do other things than just Disney while you are in other countries? Do you ride without taping? Thank you

I'm so glad to see that the french didn't emasculate the pirates like the did in the states Yes, the rapey pirate clutching the woman's stockings and shoes wan't pleasant. but neither were the pirates

I've seen a video from just last year that showed two guys sword fighting in that doorway at 5: 40, right after the lady hiding in the barrel. I wonder why they took those guys out.

I already prefer this version as I'm not a huge fan of Jack Sparrow overlay. Plus this version has the pirate with the lady hiding in the barrel.

this is very weird to watch. I love pirates but the scenes are so mixed up from what I'm usually used to seeing interesting spin, Paris.

Totally lame. Scenes appear shuffled then randomly placed; modern imagineers have lost the storytelling skills of their forbearers.
