From what I've seen in these videos, this is the best trackless ride out there. This one actually told a story and made you see things from the character's point of view. The Flintstones one was particularly lackluster; all it does it take you past some fairly static vignettes of the Flintstones, with no story being told. The trackless technology is really impressive but it doesn't amount to much if there isn't a story behind the ride.

actually now that I'm thinking about it technically Florida had the first trackless ride with the first half of Tower of Terror since that one drives forward without a tracked through the hotel before the drops. Which is pretty amazing since that was what late 90s that came out. or am I wrong and it's not trackless but I could have sworn it was at least for that beginning part

And not a single animatronic figure. that sucks. As fun as 3D movies are, I don't pay Disney prices to watch screens. As fun as things like Soarin, Flight of Passage, and this are. there is an increasing number of attractions that just shrug and use screens instead of using immersive practical show pieces. I expect this from lesser parks, but Disney should be better than this.

I really wish they wouldve put a bit more effort into making the riders a part of it. Sure, the sets are alright, the Pixar animation is great as usual, but youre essentially going from one themed theater to the next. Heck, Muppet vision involved its audience more, and theyre meant to be watching a film.

for everyone saying they dont like the big screens in rides like this. its a totally different experience when u are on the ride. for example, the spider-man rise in universal is crazy cool my favorite ride in the whole park, watching a video like this doesnt give u the full experience, this ride was not lazily made

Kind of a waste of trackless ride technology. Pooh's Hunny Hunt (Tokyo) much better in comparison to Ratatouille, better sets, better story, better animatronics, no 3D glasses. Mystic Manor (Hong Kong) Best In Show in this category. Epcot version will be a step backwards if it's just a clone.

All those people in the comments saying the ride seems boring when they've actually never tried it. how can you judge from one video? It's a 4D attraction, you need the 3D glasses, you get smells, you feel the heat from the oven, the water, wind. it's not just staring at a screen.

Went on this a year ago. was awesome. One of the best rides in Disney. I'd just like to know when this is. Because there is literally no one there. When I went in February off peak middle of the week this ride still had 1 hour 30 min queues it was insanely busy

This is similar to the Flight of Passage, Disney World ride, (the best of all Disney rides. This one is 3-D, but without the glasses. Why not have the 3-D glasses, too? I just saw Pooh's Hunny Hunt ride, Tokyo. Amazing
