Iam Sam: Of course I bought tickets based on my previous visit. And of course there are no refunds. Management had to have known people would go based on previous years experience, and to make a DRASTIC change is inexcusable. And of course theyre not responding to all of the NEGATIVE Yelp reviews, as in previous years. F U Chill, and F U Queen Mary. Such a money grab. Date: 2019-09-10
