Traveling Alone in the Faroe Islands 4k HDR Pooja: Dear Allan, We have been following you ever since we discovered your Iceland Itinerary Video. We are a couple of travel content creators from India who travelled to Iceland last April. We owe you so much for the stuff we filmed in Iceland. We literally deconstructed, all the places we visited, by looking at your videos and analysing them to find the right frames, lighting directions and compositions. Thank you so much for making these video. They are such good pre-production study materials for creators like us.
We are also big fans of the videos you make for the quiet and calming approach you take. Hope to meet you and cross paths someday. Till then we have your videos to deconstruct. Much Love from India.

Do you know u can see vantajokull when the skies is really clear from kallur lighthouse! Nice video bro!
Did u tried the hike to draginar? I went there on the winter, the hike was quite challenging but the reward you get after the hike it was worth it

Hey Allen, great video! I havent been to the Faroes since 2017 and my first time was back in 2013. During that time you didnt have to pay to hike certain trails, I was wondering if that had changed. I heard they charge for places like Saksun now.

Great video, thanks! I'm going to the Faroes in ten days and will use walk some of the same paths.
Kallur Lighthouse is no 1 on my list. Would have loved to se more of the cliff cavern below the lighthouse. Hopefully I can film it myself. : )

Hi Allen, can you breakdown the cost for a 2 week Japan trip with a modest budget
LAX ROUNDTRIP BOUT $4000 premium economy do you need the bullet train pass or will the local pass get you around just takes longer?

Insane and beautiful footage. Are the shots taken of you at close range walking away (like only 3-5 metres away) filmed from the static drone? Or are you using a lightweight tripod?

Can you tell more about these hikes? How long did it take to reach those places and how hard was it? Amazed that you were wearing sneakers instead of hiking boots!

Simply amazing. Both the Faroe islands but also your ability to captivate it.
Going there in 2 days, i can't simply wait to see it for myself.
Cheers!

I am struck by the stratigraphy that is exposed. Some of the oldest rocks on the planet are in the UK, so I wonder what the geology of the Faroes is like.

The TV detective series Trom is set in the Faroes. It's excellent. On BBC in the UK, and worth hunting for.
