Clearwater Beach 2020 - A Tour of America's #1 Beach Florida Neon
The bright oranges, yellows, and reds, burning bright. Broken by Rays of whitish, yellow sunlight. Burning on the horizon. Set into the thinly displayed clouds. As the sun sinks into the ocean. Skimming a thick, slightly visible, mist off the top of the oceans sea breeze. As the waves lap the shores of the beach. The strong warm air blowing ashore. And over the sands a few hundred feet distance. Slicing through the deep red louvered doors. Into the engine. Dropping the temperature of the motors air intake, in the cool dusk breeze. The square tail lights glowing through the dull black louvers. As the air pressure turns denser. Forcing more air through the combustion chambers. Equaling more horsepower to the ground. In turn. more rubber to the pavement! Spinning the aluminum of the star shaped wheels faster. As she purrs louder, with higher RPMs. Lost in a quick RED BLURR. On the other side of town. a group of kids walk the neighborhood streets. As low slung headlights approach in a slow saunter. And the heiyth, even in comparison to the ten year old, chubby kid watching. ver-ry low.

It's a beautiful beach, and I really do enjoy it. However, when you compare it to places like Myrtle, Virginia Beach, and Ocean City, MD, there isn't really a lot to do outside of the beach itself. I know there are some people who don't enjoy the tourist beach vibe, but Clearwater already has that but without all the fun touristy things to do that are great for families. Sure, there a a few shops and restaurants. Some boat tours, and a mini golf course, but not much else. Maybe I just got used to having endless things to do going to the previously mentioned beaches and that's why Clearwater was a little disappointing for me. A nice boardwalk amusement park would be awesome. Maybe a few more mini golf courses and some more shops and restaurants. More for families to do. There are plenty of non-built up beaches in the area that they could do a lot more with Clearwater.

When I first came to Florida, they did had none of it what they have currently. I was shocked. How Tampa was but now take look it They have man freeways, and the building. At first when I was in Tampa, walking with mud streets. And none manured landscapes on the streets. Simply, Ali was shocked, when I first got here in FL. No freeway in Tampa WhenI first got here. Now how many free ways that, they have built All of that money.

P. 2 The taillights pass with a bull emblem in the middle. Slightly visible in the dark of Friday night. A prowling Diablo! They're in pursuit of the weekend. No more teachers. No more books. And it's covered in AMERICAN HORSEPOWER, and HOT ROD CHROME! At the local burger joint. Rooftop adorned, with a '57 Bel air. 1950's Americana, Daddio! The pier's demolished. But the party's still going!

Looking forward to being there in a few days. It's been a few years since my last visit. Last girls trip we stayed at Shepard's Beach Resort. It's a nice place with great entertainment. We took the trolley around which was convenient. Went to Sand Key to a nice restaurant for dinner (Columbia. This time staying closer to Pier 60. Love the beach!

I live in a highrise in Clearwater. I look out my window and there is the bay. The Beach. The Gulf. I'm pretty lucky. But I don't think it's all that. Just South is Sandkey beach and park. Great for BBQ. Tarpon Springs is cool too. Jolly Trolley. But the pandemic. darn. Sure sucks.

There has been so much construction in Florida. I was in Clearwater years ago, and wow has it changed. I still think Fort Lauderdale, has some of the most beautiful beaches in the nation, and I am glad I only live 11 miles west of the beach area.

Thanks for your info on C. B. However I am not one interested in tourism there. I am interested in relocating there and continuing my small businesses. And finding affordable living there. Good work and thanks.

I must add that we prefer the smaller hotels and not the huge mega-motels that seem to be taking over the area.

Due to global warming and the rising seas, Florida will gradually sink because the state is below sea level.
