I was looking for a word to describe Milan and you helped me with this: OVER RATED! Lived there for 8yrs and everything is like this.
As a proof, 2 of your pros are based on place to visit near the city (Lake Como) and a traditional food from another region.
Did you know panzarotti (or panzarotti) are not from Milan? They're from Puglia, and Luini is only a restaurant that is good at cooking them. But they're not a Milan's traditional food, like risotto alla milanese for example.

Ive spent 2 days in Milan and they couldnt have been more different. On the first day we arrived, it was noisy, we wanted to do shopping, it was crowdy, there were cars everywhere and the beggars were insanely annoying (even when I ignored them. But on the second day we walked aroung with a local friend of mine, had great food and it was so much more relaxed. I think Milan is a city that you have to live in in order to embrace it and not just visit for a weekend.

a pity you give this biased and superficial image of the city, and you are not even mentioning 1/100th of t he history and arts Milan is impregnated with. you have no clue about the attractions ( historical and artistic)- and just ramble about traffic and fashion week which is completely not relevant for turists. just a couple of names ( but there is plenty more): Navigli, St Ambrogio, Brera, the Universita Cattolica. all the museums and hidden gems.

The tour guide didnt bring me and my family to Panzerotti. I loved cheese, I hope Im able to find it the next time Im going to Italy. I want to go there in like 13 years. I remembered trying different types of cheeses but some of them were not my cup of tea. I love mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan thats the only cheeses I loved. I dont like bitter cheese but I wonder if theres some people who loves all types of cheeses

I talked to people from Bergamo which is in Lombardy alike Milan, one of the world's COVID epicenters, to talk about their COVID experience. But, the conversation turned light about the city itself, what's there to see and do, and esp. their local cuisine. People are naturally curious to learn about different places in the world and this is why we love to travel, it's going to be safe to do so again. +

As we say in Milan: Roma, Venice and Florence are like easy girls, they throw at once and shamelessly at you all they have got (and it us a lot. Milan, on the contrary, it's a real sofisticated and elegant lady: it is up to you not only to discover what she got, but to have the persistence and the savoir fair to make her disclose it to you bite by bite, slowly, but flavourfully. Mmmmm. realky yummie

The direct train to Malpensa Airport is an added bonus. Also, I stay in and eat in a regular neighborhood like a local. I love the place. Milan is the part of the itinerary where I know for sure Ill get some good relaxation. And the beautiful thing is that over the years of visiting, people at the hotel and some of restaurants remember me. Theres nothing like some good bonding!

I was in Milan twice and twice street guys tried to steal my wallet. They were too slow for this Irish guy. Milan seems to run rampant with muggers, pickpockets and low level criminals and Polizia are very absent on the streets. My advice to tourists there is to hold on to your purses ladies and men, don't let the local men get close to you.

If you take a taxi from a big place, such as the train station, be sure that you get in line and seek them. Chances are that when a driver seeks you, they're some rip-off artist that will try to charge you 50 euros instead of the 15 euro fare that I paid the city, or official, taxi.

I love his videos, but not this one: Duomo, galleria, Last Supper, Luini's Panzerotti and lake of Como. This is so touristic. It's like going to Rome and visiting only Colosseum and Fori imperiali, or going to Venice and visiting only Piazza San Marco.
