Instead of spending that amount on thalis i would suggest you guys should have made some arrangements with people who provide food on monthly basis. I'm sure that money would be able to provide food for 250 people for atleast a week or 10days even if on the expensive side. Just FYI. Still an amazing job to come forward.

I bet theyd rather have the money. When I was homeless in the USA thats what I wanted instead of food so I could buy my own food, toiletries, and clothing.
