Looks yummy and tasty Mark! We called it pho ko in Hmong or rice rolls. Now my family just made cheung fun with the rice batter and add whatever ingredients inside during our family get together.

The rice roll with pork reminds me of Vietnamese banh cuon. The one with the rice crackers is like the Chinese Jian bing. The one with the egg is so interesting! I would love to try it!
