Sequoia National Park and Beverly Hills in 4K - California Roadtrip Patti: You probably won't read this cuz it's 3 years later. I live in Fresno California actually Clovis the gateway to the sequoias. I can be in the Sequoias in 45 minutes from my home. I have lived in California for 60 years in the San Joaquin Valley. I grew up in Iowa and Minnesota. Now that I was 75 common more than ever I'm grateful I live in California! From Fresno I can be at the beach in an hour and a half. In an hour and a half I can be in Yosemite and in 45 minutes I can be in the Sequoias. In an hour and a half I can be in San Francisco. In 3 hours I can be in LA.
California is my home now I couldn't live anywhere else and absolutely could not live in snow and ice anymore. Glad you came to visit though you only scratched the surface in the sequoias

It-s crazy to think how vary little I-ve explored La given I-ve lived here all my life. The most is concerts, Disneyland and all that. And unhealthy amounts of visiting Santa Monica. The roads to mountains terrifies the ba jeez outta me and just realizing how much fear is controlling my life from experiencing those amazing moments for myself. Given what the current circumstances are I don-t think those types of things will be open vary soon. But for the meantime I-ll just like to thank you for the capturing the adventures

Speaking as someone who lives around a few mountains visible in multiple directions, I can say I never get tired of looking at them. Sometimes when I'm driving around town and the weather is perfect, with beautiful clouds or a good sunset, and the mountains are lit up just the right way, I'll look around to the other cars like, -Are you guys seeing this! - I have yet to see someone else flipping out at the scenery but I'm sure they're out there! Lol

Lmao, I live in the city of Porterville which is what you probably drove by on your way up to sequoia national park. I recognized almost every scenery you shot while driving especially when you drove through oildale. Even funnier is the fact that I lived in LA, koreatown which is about a twenty minute drive from Beverly Hills since my gf worked in Beverly Hills. The video brought back a lot of memories.

who's watching in 2019? lol
more importantly, i love this vid because it captures what i love about LA: the huge spectrum of communities to explore, not to mention the natural scenery that's so close to the city. i feel blessed to be able to drive an hour and a half out of LA and be on a hike up to 11k feet, staring at waterfalls and a pine forest and a summit with views of endless mountains.

I had 2 older brothers who unfortunately have passed away. Don't take these memory building trips for granted. Id give anything to get to go on a trip with my brothers one last time. People tend to think life is like an inexhaustible well but things only happen a certain number of times and a rather small number really. Made my heart glad to see brothers having such a great time.

I grew up in northern CA. I did a lot of camping and this was super nice to see one of those places again after being away for so long. I-ll always hold CA in a special place in my heart, but things have changed so much I don-t think I-d ever live there again but definitely would visit. Glad you and your brother got a chance to experience it together though!

As a Canadian who drives around in harsh winters without ever having used snow chains, like what's the point? The only time I know people here who use them is in the far north were they don't maintain the roads or have ice roads. We do have two sets of tires, one for summer and one for winter, with the winter ones having deeper / more treads.

Well i do not have a brother 2 share moments like that, i have 3 sisters. Just try & imaging the kind of life i had growing up with em lol was not fun. But now i have a only son which is awesome just like having a son & brother all wrapped up in one. Now that would have been awesome being there with him thanks for your precious moments.

Great reunions! I can feel the joy thanks to your skilled shooting. I actually found myself forgetting about all the mindfulness that comes with self-shooting vids that feel natural. I can't touch you guys! Good work Robbie, it's probably second nature to you by now. I guess that billboard is like your Rolling Stone cover, eh? Best to ya!
