Still AWFUL? Air Canada Signature BUSINESS CLASS -Surprise Review! - - Trek Trendy

Is Air Canada still awful? Today i'm flying Air Canada in a surprise review onboard their Boeing 787 Dreamliner. After my last awful experience, it's time to find out how they perform with their reintroduced Signature Business Class product. I'll be departing from their flagship Toronto YYZ airport and, as i'm now allowed to enter Canada i'll be reviewing their ground experience, lounges all whilst maintaining a low profile. The aim today is to not have the same issues as last time (see previous review) or indeed the curated PR flight I was presented with back in June. My trip report today will encompass all elements of the onboard experience, food service, bedding, a seat tour and in this instance how 'friendly' the crew are. As usual i'm totally honest and open about my travel, so you'll see this though the lense of an ordinary passenger rather than certain YouTuber's who give an unrealistic advertorial walk through of their flights. As always let me know what you think in the comments below, do you have a recent experience with Air Canada Business Class? How does this change your view on my previous awful experience?

It makes sense if the airline -doesn't- know well in advance a well known reviewer is coming. You would want to show the same experience a normal traveller would have, wouldn't you. I mean if every one of your reviews would be a PR stunt, then you'll be found out sooner rather than later. So I personally dismissed the -apology flight- as being a genuine experience.

I'm very impressed with Air Canada. It's exceedingly rare that companies not only attempt to do obvious damage control but actually back up what they say and put in an honest effort to correct issues. Most others would simply try to limit the bad exposure, call it done, and carry on because margins. I'm very pleased.

Just finished an Air Canada flight across Canada. Disgusting as always. Rude cabin crew who treated all passengers in an authoritarian unfriendly way. Flying AC is the company you take when there is no other available. If you had a good flight with AC it was a fluke not the norm.

I was going to tease you about not actually -asking- where the Maple Leaf Lounge was (being a man, of course; -) but, then it occurred to me that when you checked in, they should notice you're Business Class and offer the Lounge and tell you where to find it.

11: 37 -They had no idea I was coming- - Don't they have the passanger list? If I was in charge of the PR department at Air Canada, I would be on the lookout for you and other influential reviewers and let the crew know beforehand.

My dad has status on Air canada, and we usually fly to Italy every coupleish years on this plane (not exact plane but yall get it) the food is good but the times that they serve it vary and its kind weird but overall very nice

Love how you get mad about a dude making calls behind you, all the while you constantly have cameras pointed at other passengers space and regularly capture peoples faces.

I've taken three transatlantic flights with Air Canada. In every case it was a complete, utter, total, embarrassing disaster on every level. Never again.

Oh They know you are coming, your name is probably on the system, and it makes alarms go off then your name matches. It then becomes a -PR- flight.
