San Antonio Texas. What's it like living in the Alamo city? - CoolVision
video description
I just moved to San Antonio about 7 months ago from Denver; I will attest to what you and your friend said in this video. It's spread out and not congested, so it feels like a small town because its not a dense city nor is traffic on the side streets bad. The people are super friendly and very chatty; I never meet a stranger when I go out and run my errands. There are lots of hidden gems and like 80 miles of hike and bike trails throughout the city (this isn't including the 15 mile long RiverWalk. Lots of preserved history here, too. It's not as hyped up or trendy or forward-thinking as Austin, but it's a nice, low key place with very affordable housing. If you want excitement, it's a short drive to Austin, and Houston is only 3 hours by car. Mexico City is two hours away by plane, so you have close options.
