RIDING CAMELS THROUGH THE SAHARA - MOROCCO Elsa: I didn't like the fact that people, use these beautiful animals for human transport. You can these animals work unnecessarily. Forcing these animals against their nature for selfish entertainment and greedy profit. because of two other people got to rhe destination without the use of these camels. But profit of these beautiful inocent creatures. These animals are intelligent, they feel, hurt and stresse and get tired. does anyone care if these innocent animals, ankles hurt, if there back is hurts. they feel and have feelings like you and me. they are aggressive because they are not happy. Imagine the years of abuse. And not able to do anything about. They cannot taste freedom and living their nature the way God intended them to. This is food for your thoughts because your hearts have been hardened.

If the desert ever came to Southern USA. It would look very different. The hillbillies and mountain people enjoy throwing litter everywhere that they go. So A desert visited by hilljacks would be filled with trash up to yours knees. Things like mountaindew cans, redman chewing tobacco pouches, mcdonalds bags, bojanagles bags of junk, etc. The camels would hate it and the big oil tycoons would likely kill all the hilbillies. I would pay to watch that movie.

There are only a few animals in the world that should excite one on first sight. Camels, Kangaroos, Dolphins and Whales jump to mind. I saw camels in Morocco from a taxi (couldn't believe what I had seen, kangaroos in Australia while staying on a farm (they're everwhere, and dolphins in the Mediterranean (quite common, and we saw some flying fish. I have yet to see a whale - I would love to see an Orca.

I'm curious as to why your views on riding elephants is different to that of riding Camels? My feeling is that camels are treated in just as horrible a way to make them 'do as they're told' for the humans to ride them. Having tight rope around their bottom jaw to direct them, then tying their legs up to stop them walking? this makes me really sad: -(

I loved to visit Morocco one day but unfortunately Morocco's gov has stopped granting tourist visa for holders of Iranian passport. It's sad how politics' effects are on millions of people.

You have definitely put Morocco (and specifically this tour) on my bucket list! Amazing experience, thank you for sharing! Why did your two guides walk instead of riding camels as well?

Reminds me of my trip to the Sinai desert. One might think what-s so special about a vast empty desert. let me tell you that the experience and beauty of the desert is simply awesome

Hey Kara and Nate I really love you guys but riding the camels is a bit hypocrite right - is Asia you were telling to definitely not ride on animals (definitely no hate, just curious)
