Amaizing and beautiful place to visit. Unfortunately the amount of engine boats don't help to mantain the beaches free from contamination and gasoil pollution from motors. A slow poison for sea alguies and small living creatures in coast. We had the same problem in Venezuela but now it seems to be too late to change things. The corals and marine creatures is almost vanishing from overfishing, overcrouded beaches and careless e insensitive goverment interest.

The Lanes
We love phi phi, the village is super cute and has some good nightlife and is the gateway to some of the best beaches we have been to. FYI the boat tours are cheap as chips. We paid 80 for a private long tail tour around Maya Bay

Unsurprising there are so many tourists. If you look past the boats and tourists there is an utterly stunning landscape, more people to meet when you've taken it in, and the sun shines on all in full abundance

You did a good job here, compliments, I was on Ko Phi Phi 35 years ago, much, much less people, I had a cabin on the beach, very good, only after sundown we had a lot of mosquitos.
