I'm sorry, why is Italy missing? I can call myself lucky, I've just been to Japan and New Zealand some months ago: ) Totally agree with Queenstown, but being in Japan alone can be a bit frustrating, because it's pretty hard to connect with Japanese, mostly because of the language barrier. Don't get me wrong, I got nothing against the Japanese at all, they are great people, but it's a fact you have to be lucky to find someone who's open -mindedness and English skills allow them to communicate with you: ) that makes it a bit harder to be alone compared to places like Canada, New Zealand or also Austria and Germany where practically anyone will speak a decent English.

All through the eyes of a biased westerner, with all do respect Other countries that are safe and cool to be explored would be also; Azerbaijan/ Sri Lanka / Georgia the Caucasian country and Mauritius and even Algeria which is much more quiet and friendlier than Morocco or Egypt

My first experience with travelling solo was Dublin and after a few new ones, I'd still recommend Dublin to everybody. Happy to see Bangkok on the list -as far as I take the list serious- because I'll be there this summer.

Too bad half the cities were in your other video, Cities being ruined by tourismWould love to see more reasons why a city is better for solo travelers. But having a good transit system is a must.

I travelled alone a lot, Tokyo and Osaka were my favourites and safe for solo travel. Kyoto is lovely, Nikko and Yokohama are also nice too. Also liked London and Bath, Salzburg, Munich and Granada.

Looks like you accidentally slipped in a picture of Hamburg while talking about the underground in Berlin - or is that supposed to be some subliminal message?

Watched a few Mojo videos some OK some lame. Was this list pulled from a hat? Do they receive any money to promote certain places? Was surprised that Mogadishu missed out.

I totally certify Santiago. Used to go there every year (you know, when Lollapalooza had good line ups) with friends but I went solo in 2016. I had the time of my life.

You didnt actually explain what makes these cities the best destinations for solo travelers. What makes a place especially good for solo travelers anyway.

lmfaoooo Vienna is such a boring city tho. Like it's nice to live there, but visiting is just like any other European city but with nothing unique about it.
