Don't fly Vueling if you have any other choice! If you have to fly, don't put your luggage in the hold!
They've boarded a couple of flights this week without people's luggage and it is showing to be an absolute nightmare to try to get to it. Terrible customer service, not offering any actual help, just reciting standard phrases!
It's been 4 days now, nobody on the flight has been able to find out anything about their luggage.
Since they were blaming the ground staff for not boarding the luggage, the problem is actually on them not paying the staff/airport - and this is what you get with cheap airlines!
And the fool's on us twice, because we bought expensive tickets through BA (hoping for good service, completely missing the Operated by Vueling sign. Never again!

everything about Vueling is designed to pray on your fears of not getting home in time, of having to pay to more for your ticket, or even paying twice for your ticket. an example: when you check-in via website, via the link you get by email, after checking in, you will get an email with your boarding pass. however, in the top of the mail there is a warning saying: _this not your boarding pass_
Why is that? Because they want you to stand in line and check in so they pray on you. Even though the boarding pass you get by mail, IS IN FACT A VALID BOARDING PASS!

Can you do a video on the stats you get with flight radar 24 and why each is important please? I just saw a video of yours from several years back and I sub to FR24 but dont really understand what much of it means lol Googling all of it is a nightmare, I cant really find anything accessible to those with limited knowledge and looking to learn a little, and certainly not all in one place. Id just find it very helpful to have a little insight into what the info means (I dont mean about the plane itself, I mean the stats on live flights. Thank you

I had a flight from Denmark, where I live, to Spain. We had a Vueling airplane and I didnt had a problem with them. Not one single time, I felt uncomfortable with the service or anything. The safe instructions were clear as glass, the stewardesses and stewards talked clear and perfectly fine. Everything was fine. I felt comfortable the whole flight and without problems. I wouldnt have a problem flying with Vueling again

So, in your opinion does it worth to pay extra for the space plus seats? It is only 10% more room for your legs, although anything more can be good in such a small space. The good part is that you also get the priority boarding, but I am not sure about paying almost half of the price of my plane ticket for the space plus seat. Thanks for your video

I flew various flights with Vueling and Ryanair just before Christmas around Europe, and I gotta say that I liked Vueling more.
You're able to check-in a group next to each other unlike at Ryanair, the cabins look nicer and the whole experience on the site/app, airport etc was overall slightly better I thought. I don't mind Ryanair though.

LOL at 4: 17. Is that really what a Space Plus seat really is like! How pathetic! That is what standard economy should be like, and what indeed be standard on other airlines. Very sly and crafty move on the part of the airlines. Customers are allowing themselves to be subject to cattle treatment with each passing year.

I had a fantastic experience with Vueling. I checked in late and they gave me a seat in the front two rows without me paying extra or anything. I was really surprised to find out they were a 'low cost' ailrine. Their service and comfort on board really said otherwise. 100 percent better than Ryanair and EasyJet.

Prior to September this year (2019, when I was compelled to use them (thanks to the BA pilot strike, I had never heard of them before. I had no complaints about them, even though my route back to the UK was indirect (I had to transfer at Barcelona after starting my journey home at Malpensa airport, near Milan)

if you have weird letters in your name on the passport make sure to write your name in the Latin alphabet or they will rip you off. they will let you fly out of course, but on your way home they will charge you a monstrous fee that basicly sums up to a new ticket. never fly vueling!

Great review! I've used Vueling several times and found them to be very good value for money. Well worth the upgrade to get priority everything for not too bad a price. Agree about the queueing system for boarding, though - that was very frustrating at El Prat back in January.

Hi, Really like seeing reviews on different airlines. Im surprised as part of your review you didnt mention the seating space provided. Looked like even with extra space the guy in the row opposite yours had his knees up against the seat in front?

I personally like Vueling alot! The Cabins always look modern and clean and so far I never had problems with their service or their flights being on time. Mostly I use Vueling to communte from Malaga to Barcelona.

Done that 20 min taxi in and out of Schiphol soooo many times travelling to and from work locations around the world. I still love this airport though. It feels like home once I get there as its so familiar to me.

I've been on that taxi from the Polderbahn runway to the terminal many times, the runway used can make a big difference at Schiphol if the connection. is tigh for an onward flight. - great video thanks Noel

I just flew on Vueling. I had extra leg room which was huge, but the normal seats were terrible in legroom. We were also still boarding at departure time but at least we arrived early

If Delay for more than 24 hrs get a refund. They DON'T give you accommodation on delays for more than one night. At LGW we had a 2 nights delay and only paid for one night. TOTAL SCAM!

Great video as normal: ) I understand your annoyance with boarding thats the only way to get up to 189 people (depending on ac config) on an aircraft during a 25 minute turnaround.

Next time for an overnight at AMS, try the Vandervalk Hotel Schiphol. It is local and has a very nice breakfast buffet. It is the location for the Amsterdam Aviation Fair.
