I was very disappointed on my first trip on a 100 series in Business Class - the knee room was way below par, and was the same for subsequent flights. HOWEVER, for some reason on the 300 it was fine. Interesting to see that they have finally fitted the curtains as they really do have a significant effect on cabin noise.

Being an Australian I could have shown you how to use the tap to get the perfect beer ( we learnt it at school) Love that engine roar on take off! Food on offer looked great on such a short flight! Lovely views as well! Great review mate and really enjoyed the video!

The 220 definitely seems like a 737 and 320 killer. Will Boeing and Airbuses new clean sheets really just replace the 321? If so, Boeing will need ANOTHER clean sheet small plane. or buy Embraer. or abandon the small plane market?

My favourite European airline is Austrian Airlines - in comparison with the usually stressful atmosphere of co-travellers in Lufthansa, I find Austrian noticeably more relaxing to fly with.

Those empty seats next to you remind me of the other day when I flew from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and half the plane was empty and I had the most peaceful flight I've ever had.

I was supposed to be flying on this Zurich-London in December but currently its changed to an A320. Probably because its popular route so need bigger planes but was still gutted

If it's labeled a CS300 on the safety card, it might actuyally be a CS300. The program had been going for 10 years when Airbus aquired it, so this is very likely.

Lucky you Noel, my flight next week from Rome to Zurich on the CS300 (yes, that is what was on my booking) has been swapped out for the ubiquitous A320. Bummer!

I flow the same flight last year in October and the experience was the same as yours. I will fly in November Alain with Swiss in First Class to Singapore.
