Walking in a rain storm in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This is a follow up to Last weeks thunderstorm video as my battery had died mid filming and I still needed to hike back. As I looked to find another battery I realized I had 5 exhausted batteries and one at 50%. So this rain walk was as much as I could get on the little battery that I had. The rain started to get much heavier and I still needed to make the hike back to my car. Currently I'm traveling Norway, so expect many videos from there in the near future. I posted a follow up video

This is my favorite kind of place-by a lake in the woods! The color of the lake is simply gorgeous, and the sounds of the rain are wonderful. Please be careful though-I was worried about you slipping on the wet ground. I look forward to more walks with you! This was incredible and just what I needed right now. Thank you!

I put a random video on for my cats to watch and spent 20 minutes staring at the tv screen. Felt an instant connection and familiarity to this place. Kept saying this has to be in the southern Appalachias. Then read the descriptionmic drop! Its in my dna I swear!

That was some tricky footing, and you with an umbrella and a camera and only two eyes, how did you do it! I was mesmerized by the path, the footing, the surroundings and the lake. And the sound. Thank you for this fine, rainy walk. Be safe.

I want to thank you so much for the awesome rainy walk thru beautiful scenic forest and all natural sounds! I hope you had a walking stick or something with you to help maneuver along the slippy forest paths.

That trail looks so similar to one I walk here in central Mississippi. Around a 5 mile lake and hilly like this one. My old black lab loved walking it with me. I never did it in a thunderstorm however. Ha

I want to make videos like these someday. No pressure to talk in front of a camera. All I need is a good stabilizing mount and some binaural microphones. Could even make videos locally.

15: 00 I almost can smell the perfume of the wet grass, the moisture wood and feel the slippery ground, it's why maybe the Mayans also inhabited that region.

Stand his I thought it red Britain. I never realised that America could kill so much like the Forest of Dean and Mallards Pike Lake

With headphones on, this sounds so real-I couldn't tell at first if it was in video or real life. Definitely immersive. Thank you!

I would have slipped on those slick angled rock faces. That's why I rely on the skilled footwork of this camera operator

This reminds me so much of my walks in the Pacific Northwest, grateful for quiet, peace and calmness that it provides.

What season is this? Red leaves underneath and green ones on the trees. Doesn't seem like real fall for me.
