I was drafted onto the Army and stationed near Odenwald in West Germany (1965-66) and quickly grew to love the German people, German landscape and German food. I had an incredible spiritual experience in December of 1965 when I felt the indescribable peace of the Holy Spirit for the first time. .Haven't been the same since, knowing where I will go forever in the hereafter. .My experience was in Germany was profoundly transforming in many ways. .Awesome! -

I love my country so much! In my opinion you got everything you want: beautiful landscapes, picturesque ancient towns and exciting cities, one of the richest and diverse cultures, good food and a history spanning millennia. A lot of people nowadays try to let it look bad, because of numerous reasons, for example the weather, the working culture or politics, but every country has is quirks. I couldn-t imagine living somewhere else, than this beautiful land!

I used to live in Germany when I was younger and my dad was in the military. At the time I didn't appreciate the country for the beauty that it is. Now that I am older I want to go back and experience the country as an adult. Going back to Germany and visit Norway for the first time are on my bucket list!
