What most people think yes. But what it really is like: most people live in shit, shacks and don't have jobs, a lot of crime that your house looks like a prison. 2 most corrupt government on earth. The youth rob their grandparents because they are too lazy to work(and I don't mean jobless) anyone can make something to sell. Nature is good here but human is shit.

I'm South African and would not advise any tourist to come here They are pulling the wool over people's eyes Look what happened to those Dutch tourists when their bus was hijacked and all their possesions stolen when they left Johannesburg airport If l'm correct they all went back to Holland two days later They wanted to tour the country

This a great starting list; just completed our 5th trip to SA, and planning 2020 already. Two weeks is a minimum for a visit, and that will be only a taster. There are many places not mentioned, which are excellent (a few mentions for Klein Karoo, Madikwe, Isimangaliso, Tugela Falls, Oudtshoorn. and so on. Go to Mozambique if you have time.

Yeah. People are so biased nowadays. There are NO tigers, elephant or lions running arouns the homes, in fact the vast city life is amazing. we have the same stuff you have. roads, buildings, parks. And the wine fact is on point. Its beautiful, especially in summer. South Africa and Cape Town is a place to goAbsolutely love this video

These are nice places but why dont y'all ever come to the Free State? It has Golden Gate and the Vredefort koepel As Nelson Mandela said: The Free State landscape gladdens my heart. When I am there I feel like nothing can keep me in, that my thoughts can wander as far as the horizon.

I agree with most of this advert. However, I would avoid Durban (and all other dense populated areas. Effluent runs into the sea near popular beach. Pickpockets. Tribal violence which spills into populated and city areas. Stay indoors after dark. S. A. boasts 58 murders per day.

Your Garden route footage was not a good representation. You just showed footage of the Knysna Heads, also known as the toilet bowl. You mention Plettenberg bay as being one of the best places but show nothing on it. And your pronunciation of most places names are wrong

Who made this list though? We have way more beautiful places to visit in South Africa. What about Johannesburg ( Sandton, Soweto) the richest City in Africa, Pretoria, Sun City? The list is endless. This country is beautiful and one of the kind

As a South African it is fair to say that this country extremely beautiful, but it's not the safest country either. Please, to all tourists, where ever you go make sure you are not alone in sketchy places and always know your surroundings
