Thank you so much for sharing. This brought back so many memories of our trip to a private game reserve in Sabi Sands in SA. One of the best things we have ever done. Nothing can compare to having a lion stand right beside a jeep like the one you wwre on. Seeing all the amazing animals. The amazing food. And the fun of being in a little plane toddling along the taxi ways in JNB with all the big jets and landing on a dirt air strip.
We have been blessed to do some amazing trips like ride camels in the Sinai Desert and the SA trip was one of our favourites.
Given all the water i would assume malaria tabs would be a must We would love to do another safari but we discovered the malaria pills make me violently ill. I had to stop taking them. Luckily Sabi Sands is low with malaria.
Thanks again. This was awesome.

Got to love the question 14: 50 - have you every stayed at Jao
Lol. This guy. He thinks these places he visits are for normal people. Not a single non-multi-millionaire in Botswana or South Africa can afford to go to this lovely place in their own country.
This place is an avg of $2, 500 per person, per night. Thats more than 99% of every citizen in SA or
Botswana earns in multiple years. For just 1 night.
He is delusional.

In all this ecological catastrophe going on I think it is quite hypocrite to eat red meat, use 4WD vehicles, motor boats, Cessna Caravan planes and then emphasize low ecological footprint.

Mijn Landcruiser ziet er toch iets anders uit
Prima verslag, wel gek in zo'n waterrijk gebied en geen enkele krokodil gezien. Nijlpaarden alles opgegeten

Finally, after hoping it was last week. Few minutes into the flight and saw how awkward the seat arrangement was on Lufthansa, stopped watching.

Exceptional! Such a spectacular location, and the lodge designers have integrated the buildings so sensitively into the landscape.

You have given us many, many beautiful videos, but I think this tops them all. What a magnificent place! Thank you for sharing.
