More Ewoks than Hobbits; I'd say. The fictitious tribes thing is a bit weird. Not sure whether it is a good idea to spin a story and a myth around the fact that the resort has different classes of accommodations and kind of declare people to be part of different tribes based on how much money they spent, hehehe. So one tribe was different from the others because they liked luxury? And the others didn't? lolImagine all hotels and motels would do that, even the cheap ones. You check in and somebody tells you a story about how there once was that ancient tribe that liked to build huts where they would spend an hour with a hooker and then leave and there was another tribe that always had black lights with them to see whether people from other tribes splattered body fluids all over their huts and one tribe was all about breeding bed bugs. hehehehe

Lovely place and well made video. You have a hand of a surgeon, very steady photography. Doesn't the tropical jungle set up offers mosquitoes, insects and creeping creatures. Did it create any discomfort? Best wishes from Mumbai.

A lot of tourists only think of Pa Tong when you mention Phuket, which is a shame as the island has so much more to offer. Liked the review. I saw a similar sunset when I visited Phuket last year. It's a beautiful place.
