Join me on a tour in 4K of Zannier Hotels Omaanda, a beautiful 5-star lodge close to Namibia's capital Windhoek. Built in traditional Owambo architecture, the lodge is set in the heart of an enormous wildlife conservancy reserve. The video includes a couple of game drives (with close-up sightings of lions & rhinos. Jana: Great to see luxury development work harmoniously with the natural world around it. Even better, protect the land. I think visitors appreciate this more; to get away from the hustle and bustle and see real nature and not potted plants as the only foliage. :)

What an epic video! With wilderness so close and insanely amazing nature. And I like how you have angled this video so that, once I feel like being an adventurer, I can more easily get an idea of how I would have experienced my journey there. The hotel had beautiful designs in natural, organic tones and the furniture was similar. Likewise the dinner must have been just as wonderful, with such an atmospheric nature around it. The food looked incredibly good, and certainly tasted like that too. Great video!

It's excellent to see a luxury resort in Africa looking. well, African! Not colonial, or modern rustic chic, but traditional design and materials. And the waterhole would provide some coolness to the resort upon the breezes. Also lovely to see how accessible this place is, from not needing an entire day to reach, to the gentle ramps linking the rooms. Everything blends in. It would have been lovely to visit.

Hello, I have a question when it comes to the african safari videos you never state if the area is closed off to animals. So are the lodges protected with gates, or are they completely open for animals (predators) to roam around?
I think you did mention it once now that I think about it but it seems most of the safari lodges are out in the open for animals to roam freely.
