As a lot of people mentioned, I was sceptical about someone entering the scene to film as I love the way you made your vids. When he initially joined you, I wasn't a fan, but since then, I have realised that not only do you need this to free up some of your own time, but it has certainly taken it to the next level. I am really looking forward to the coming months to see how you change things up. Absolutely loving it now hurry up and make the next one.

Nice that's some Thick Slabs of Mak, So many styles to Cook that Asian Fusion Korean, Chinese Thai Filipino, Hawaiian You just made Italian pasta, Japanese, trick is not over cooking the fish drying it out, the Meat gets Dense with par cooking, char the outer With high Heat, potatoes thinly sliced keeps fish Moist even when baked

try a filipino dish on your next mackerel catch. its called Kinilaw na tanigue. its basically raw mackerel mixed with vinegar, ginger, onions, chillis, pepper, etc.
