You seriously can't expect the Evora to keep up with an M3 in terms of straight line performance. This is the flaw of 0-60. it's so misleading; you rarely hear a performance-junky talk about 0-60 times.
Anyhow, though Lotus cars have always been about having fantastic handing and a terrific chassis, I do wish that the Evora came with just a little bit more power. It's a fantastic car nonetheless.

Anyway back to the video and I have to say this is a real triumph for Lotus. They really know what they're doing. But, not taking anything away from Lotus, I think I'd take either the V12 Vantage or the LP-670 if I had the money.

-arreccshon2 most people say the gtr feels a bit dead to drive, although extremely fast, it doesnt take much driver input to that fast and u get much feedback because all the systems do it for you. and the gtr isnt cheaper than an evora

Although I am sure that the Evora is a really well sorted car, I would have chosen the 911 GT3.
I am questioning the fact that this is a UK show with UK journalists. and the winner? a UK car.

YEW! lotus has been my favourite car forever and i would have it over a bugatti BUT i think its time that they started to lift their game and get rid of that toyota enigne for one model at least.

Well my Dad's Ford truck has been pretty reliable until yesterday when the brake caliper fell off and pinned the wheel and the tire blew out, lol
