Not to be one to winger but that final race was utter bollocks- in reality the Skoda actually weighs more so with all the shit you put in there it now weighs 2. 2 tonnes, the Skoda also has a real safety rating and it-s a bloody economical diesel

Difference is, the jeep is petrol and shit on fuel, and I will guarantee will only last 200k miles whereas the diesel in the Skoda is proven to last forever, makes real power properly and the Skoda will do 50mpg on a good run

The wrangler was never going to win, because well it-s a wrangler. I do think a different model with more -road- style tyres and a lot less weight not being a rubicon with skid plates etc would be interesting.

-Mat Watson Wrangler launch control goes like this. Turn off traction control, shift transfer case to 4H Auto or 4H, brake, shift to D, rev, launch, change transfer case to 2H at 40-50mph.

Skoda has better aerodynamics. but even so the Jeep is more performing, brake much better even with the rock and snow tyres. Really disappoint for the Skoda's results. very poor product.

The wrangler is less aerodynamic, less efficient less whatever. but it's a Jeep, it is a proper off roader and has a great personality, whereas the Kodyak. is just an ugly car.

To sum up, Jeep Wrangler is real SUV and it is real off-road vehicle. Skoda Kodiaq is just raised fwd car, it is ugly and it is shit like any car from VAG.

No. the Skoda is faster and stops better. The jeep took the L because american offroader, brick design and gearbox more setup for offroading then drag racing
