Are you after some cheap thrills? No, not like that. Mat s got a rundown for you today of the most fun cars to drive which you can pick up for next to nothing these days. It can sometimes seem like you need to remortgage your house to get hold of a fun, fast car, however that s not necessarily the case. Take a look at the used market and you can find some proper bargains. We have five categories to choose from including sports saloons, sports coupes, hot hatchbacks, SUVs and estate cars and convertibles. Prices start from as low as 2, 000, and go all the way up to 20, 000. The: M4 is quite cheap for what it gives you. I have never driven it, but something has been driving the price down. I think they look fabulous, engines seems quote reliable, lots of power, tuning potential, LSD, lots of gadgets so can be a good daily.

Many or most of these cars will be very heavy on fuel. Cheap to purchase the car.
You will likely spend a lot on: fuel, fuel, insurance, service, maintenance, tyres, fixing faults, etc.
I have made a note of the 15 cars, but doubt I will buy any of them.
Very good video though.
Fuel costs must be noteworthy nowadays surely.

Interesting point for those with OCD or great age, or both. the 330i touring needs no picture.
We olds know, it is a 3 Series shell, with a 3. 0 injected petrol engine and an estate back.
What was so wrong with the nomenclature (name/numbering/lettering) making sense!
Now, it s done by a toddler with a scrabble bag

I believe that a Porsche Boxster could and should be featured in list of 15 cars.
Also,
Ford Focus ST, Renault Clio RenaultSport, Renault Megane RenaultSport, etc
Most of the 15 cars featured drink far to much fuel for my liking.

Hey Matt, it s a shame you focussed on the negatives of the RX8 and didn t mention the performance figures for the 230 model, or mention that there s a 190 model with more torque (still not a lot though.
A useful video overall though.

A lot of desirable cars. But the problem with older cars is that ULEZ rule that could change again, which means many of them might need paying the extra charge every time you drive through a ULEZ area.

Scary when you think how much the costs of cars have increased. If you wanted the equivalent of the porsche Cayenne at 50k now is prob closer to 100k and the R32 at 22k is now 45k

A 335i E9x series should ve been there on the list, it comes with a 3. 0 twin turbo N54 engine (n55 if it s the facelift) over 300hp but most of them come tuned with 400-500hp

Cars made before 2010 are more fun to drive than modern cars! Don't get me wrong! New cars like the Porsche 911 Turbo S are amazing! But old cars are more fun to drive!

Aww so cute well do e Car wow. Every single MONEY PIT you can get. Only decent choice is the obviously amazing TypeR. And 350Z.
Such a nonsense video

reply

Can t believe you didn t include the s2000 in the convertibles. decent value and good power and reliability. And most importantly beautiful to drive

Fiesta ST150 should be on the list too!
Blew the engine on mine after 3 years, but would still recommend it to everyone because it was so cheap.
