Hey Chris!
I hope you see this: I want to ask you if could show how to replace a turbocharger and fix TSI problems.
I don't have a tsi engine, but still IF I ever buy a VW with a tsi engine then I want to know how to fix the oil thirst.
Also I have problems with my VW Polo mk4 2006 (with facelift): 1. If I turn on the ac then it sometimes has a very bad odor. I don't know what is causing the problem.
2. The front 12v port isn't working, and when I go to another city and I use my sat nav, then it won't work, I then must draw power from the back.
3. The front glass is almost always hazy. I don't know if its the windscreen wipers but I know that it reduces my sight very greatly.
And I want to know how to replace a rear glass heater. I don't have that problem, but it is interesting to see what is the fix, if I ever have the issue.

I know I'm a little late, but I found that there is a large grommet on the passenger side footwell that is much easier to work with and already exists on the car. That way you don't have to drill holes in the firewall if you don't want to. :)

The siren speaker should have been mounted to the solid metal bar where the grill is. The bumper/header panel plastic is not durable and will in time crack or break with the weight and jolts of the speaker being there.
