You know what is funny as hell everybody is oh electric cars the future of the WORLD but the reality is electric cars or you could say a variation of what we would consider electric cars were built before a car with a gas powered engine. It is honestly nuts that we were at a stage 100 years ago that electric cars accounted for about 35 to 38 percent of of automobiles in the U. S. Yes the tech had draw backs travel distance wasn't exactly great and gas engines became cheaper with larger amounts of available petroleum. This gave big oil companies the power to squash a technology that was booming 100 years ahead of its time, which really is a damn shame. Just think how far we could of went by now and maybe not we still could of been at our current stage but I like to think not.

The single hate of an X is they look ugly as sin on the outside, the inside is pretty sweet though. QUICK is the key electrics have that down solid for sure. Top speeds they are working on still. but off the line whoops most gas cars now, and they are silent cant even tell you just did zero to 60 in under 3. If i could afford one that is, would be my next car buy for sure X p100d all the way. since those are all over the 100k mark easy, kinda outta my current budget range.

Typical tesla fanboy overselling the autopilot and when it will truly be able to be fully autonomous. If Tesla has cars driving themselves fully by next year it's going to be a dangerous world. It's not legislation stopping tesla from being fully self autonomous but the lack of a system that can fully tackle the real world stopping them. Even autonomous cars with a lot more tech than tesla has can't manage to be fully autonomous.

There are three problems one is battery tech isn't there for long distance travel with electric vehicles, the second is our electrical grid can't handle a large amount of electric cars unplugging and plugging into the grid and, third for the self drive vehicles is people are already so lazy at fixing their vehicles that self drive vehicles and a lot of these new auto features that vehiler accidents will increase.
