Moral of this story, an earlier stop which he chose to esculate come back to bite this driver. The driver's attitude then only inflamed the situation. All because he chose to play 'hardball' from the get go. The officer needed to know if the driver was living in california on a canadian driver's licence. For all the cop knew, he might have had his Californian licence revoked. A civil answer would have cleared that immediately. Turns out he had multiple speeding offenses. He should also pickup points in Canada. An expensive car should not mean the driver's arrogance, or passive agression. In the final analysis this was simply an opportunity for more Youtube viewer dollars. Hope it was worth it.

New app needing to be made: Attorney2Cop -- the app that allows you to remain silent 100% of the traffic stop while your legal representative handles the legal conversation for you. Imagine if the attorney could pull up records, make contact with this officers supervisor, quickly fax in legal paperwork, then prevent the impound by proving the officers information incorrect Other situations this would be nice too such as protecting your legal rights, not being intimidated by officer questions, etc, etc, etc.

Never answer questions. You told him you werent speeding, but then you told him you have been pulled over for speeding. Now by you saying that he will use that comment against you. You complied, answered all his questions, you werent rude and did everything by the law, and he still screwed you. It is your right not to answer questions, just give them what they want and keep it at that.

Pull over all american travelers tourists. Ask them what their work is and if they are police officers, just detain them and lock them up until the court day after their flight back home for not driving with a national valid drivers license. If they aren't Police officers of the United States, let them go and enjoy their trip.

The funniest thing I've heard you say Damon, is the province I'm from doesn't issue a front plate totally true; ); ) Think they may not like you, how many times have you been given totallyBS tickets. F the police, F F the police, when they pull shit like that. If you were pacing him, he was doing 135mph, what?

Just another reason why not to own a luxury vehicle as it seems u r guaranteed to be pulled over, harassed, and given tickets. The officers look at owners of these vehicles thinking they have lots of to drive these cars so they have lots to pay high ticket costs etc. As well as a bit of envy too

Some of these cops are clowns. I get theyre just doing their job but just because they have to speed in order to catch up to you doesnt mean that you were speeding. If youre doing 70mph and Im a half mile behind you of course Im gonna have to speed to catch up to you going 70.
