WE GOT ONE: Up Close with The Mid-Engine C8 Corvette Bumper 2 Bumper Sarah Michelle: The C8 is still being designed for the past. Scoops, flares, wings, buttons and gadgets. like a combo of old guys are designing with the help of kids. Can't wait for the C10 AWD grip and no slip option20301. Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Drilled slotted and vented for aggressive looks, cooling and weight savings2. All Wheel Drive option at a push of a button or voice command (still has rear wheel drive for fun, but option to have all wheels turn if its rainy/slippery out)3. Full Electric (with optional sound effects through the stereo. sound like a ferrari, porsche, lambo. download and choose you noise because electric cars don't have much of any) GM can sell their car noises and so can all the other manufactures to download into any car using stereo4. Full digital dash with larger screen for better viewing when using maps/driving directions (best to keep it in front of the steering wheel like some of the other manufacturers are doing)Maybe the Ford Mustang will catch up too. Mustang is a horse, a horse has 4 legs. maybe Ford will make a mid engine all wheel drive option too that's 100% Electric for a new Mustang. Ford and GM should keep them clean, lean, and open in side, too many buttons and switches and all the scoops and wings and flares on the outside should be all for after market/customization. My 2cents.

no one can find a genuine reason to hate the c8 so everyone gets ass hurt at the passenger side stitching which isnt even bad, or lol first year fix the quirks comments. like all other brands dont have that phase. shit fords seatbelts are catching them on fire but oh no stitches and first year bugs. lmao go home you whiny competition loosing nerds.

Not a word about improved handling with a mid-engine layout. Aftermarket? I can't wait to see the C8 compete in the IMSA GTLM class in the States and in WEC at Le Mans. (See improved handling above) Without doubt, that is where the C8 is headed. A class win at Le Mans would sell a lot of cars.

The superbly AMERICAN corvette comparing itself to other european supercars is really sad. Zora would consider this a disgrace. I think a mid engine car was ruled OUT for other more practical reasons. They should have simply changed the name, as it doesnt deserve the Corvette badge.

The new C8 is gorgeous. And under 60k? That is amazing. Everyone that is hating on this car would not be in the market for one anyway, so their opinion doesnt mean much. A comparable Italian car would cost twice as much. GM really hit it out the park with this one.

The Vette is as over designed POS, (similar to a Porsche. or a BMW) All hail the Chevrolets because if we don't pray. we might not be able to make to the next exit. This change will destroy the Vette's rep for a tuning platform that's reliable. Oh well Who cares.

mid engine corvette, i am ok with the ideabut look at that rear wing, it looks like ricers wing and the back part of the car is not supercars ass they glued the 2018 rear end and lights the rear end of the car should had been cancelled

Give me some deep dish wheels 07: 05 and It would be perfect. You know, if they made a cheaper version where the things that looked my metal were actually plastic the the seats had fake leather then offered it for 40k, I would be all over that.

How exactly did you do a review of the c8 and you did not drive it. If you didn't drive it you can't tell us how awesome it is, now can you. so what you did was speculate on how awesome the c8 is just like the rest of these YouTube idiots.

7: 45. driver focus is not a bunch of buttons running down the counsel (climate control strip): -/ Give us a car the average American owner can afford and repair. not this. Button repair. sorry, not in stock. 2k to replace in one year.
