Hey James, Huge ass fan here, watched all of your videos, love the format. This is a long shot but I'm gonna reach out anyway, It'd be awesome, actually insane if you could do one or feature Nissan Patrols (Especially Y60s and Y61s, I can understand tho why you wouldn't since the cars never stepped foot in the US, however having said that the car has a massive massive cult following and is insanely well known in the off roading community and internationally. Its legendary TB48DE(the Skyline engines bigger, angrier, badder brother) is a legend in its own right. Just look up sand drag and offroading events in The Middle East, Australia, and Iceland and you'll know what I mean. Also you should see what the Emiratis can do with that thing, the Arabs are craizy over it, and some of then tune it upto 3000 Hrsprs Its an icon in the Middle East, Australia, Philippines, South Africa, Africa and Nothern Europe. It had an insanely rich history and an insane following and fanbase. Oh well, I hope someday. Cheers mate Keep up the awessssome shit

Early production of the 2000's FJs featured a C frame which caused the excessive frame flexibility and frequent wind shield cracks. The recall covered updates to box the frame; which likely hurt the model's sales. Worked Toyota Service and Parts 2010&11. I love the brand and their development quality, but as you pointed out rushing the FJ was its weakest point.

Can we get an Up to Speed episode on the now defunct Isuzu brand, namely the Trooper? My mom had a second gen Trooper II and I used to love driving that thing. Also while on defunct auto brands would ya consider doing one on Suzuki? The Samurai is still one of the best 4wd vehicles ever made IMO.

fun fact, 4th Gen 4Runners are basicly 4 door FJ Cruisers with better interior. Same engine, slightly different springs, and same Atrac System. No 6spd though. but a E - rear locker is available on the trail edition. Got by without it pretty well in my 07.

Do an up to speed on Land Rover's Discovery lineage Great history with Camel Trophy and such Or the Defender because they are awesome vehicles as well. (I recommend the Discovery because they are a more common vehicle and normal people can afford them)

Difficult to watch, but I wanted to get the information and it had been recommended to me for the valuable content. Unbelievably annoying and nowhere near funny. Would have been much better if the unfunny man hadnt tried so hard to be funny.

There's a group of frat boys down the street with a lifted fj in the same blue as in the vid. Must've held true to offroad standards because they ran over my car when it was in a parking lot. 10/10 would recommend
