It's a new company so 120, 000 isn't so bad, if they sell some and it's decent quality over time they'll be able to make some with less features as they work towards mass production and price continues to come down.
If Ford or Toyotoa made a 120, 000 truck out of no where. then yeah, i'd agree.
But if this in an American company, we should support them, I just hope they are able to bring the price down to around 60k in a few years
Even that all said, there are plenty of rich people that want some different.

Those rreusable air filters aren't that good. For one, if you don't maintain them on a regular basis (more often than a OEM one, it's not that the filters will clog up, they will allow more dirt to pass through. This has been proven by used oil analysis. Secondly, they won't save you any money. By the time you buy the air filter then the cleaning kits, you'll have to keep that air filter for 200, 000 miles before you hit the break even point.

i paid 500 for my 95 f150, 6 cylinder, 5 speed, 2wd, had it for 5 years, things break and i fix it, i got my eye on a 75 f350, 390 auto, 2wd, extended cab long box, 500, i need a bigger truck to tow my bobcat around legal, i would like it to be a diesel, so i'm looking for a crashed f350 with a 6. 0 powerstroke and 4x4, i work at a body shop so i might even paint the 75 when i'm done, bet it will out last the 124. 000 electric truck lol

The company making these Bollingers are not very bright. They'll make them, but no smart person is going to buy them. Companies look at the cost of trucks and spend the lowest amount for doing business. It's about making profits and this Bollinger is not going to be a profitable investment. A hybrid with power outlets would make more sense because then that would double as a generator.

Scotty, while my wife and I were dating, she bought a Dodge Omni. (This was '81 or early '82) Someday when you have about 5 hours, I have an epic saga to tell you about driving from California to Pennsylvania in that crate with 2 adults, 2 children, and as much luggage and cargo that we could fit in it. Our experiences make National Lampoon's Vacation seem boring!

I was amazed by the value of Chinese electric cars when I went there last summer. For sticker price sedans cost less than 15k and SUV s less than 20k, and they have decent performance and tech even when compared to non-Tesla electric cars sold in the US. If we could get them in the US they would be much better deals than all other electric cars.

My first car was a Dodge OMNI. You're right it was crap. Kept stalling out on me on the highway. Took it to Dealer and they said they found nothing wrong with it. This happened several times. Finally, I had it. My brother-in-law bought it from me while I was still making payments on it. He rebuilt the whole engine, then it worked for him.

That truck should sell well to sports players movie stars and music stars reminds me of the Hummer! Like you said beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I think Honda's are the ugliest cars ever! I refer to them as Honda boxes! I have and restored a 1969 Cadillac Calais 2 door hard top! That is to me a very beautiful car!

Scotty: I bought a 2004 Honda Accord 145k miles. I bought it from the original owner with meticulous service records. It has an inefficient cat code. It runs good and gets proper MPG. Is there any risk to not repairing it for now? My area also does not do emission testing, just safety inspections.
