You make it sound so easy and fun. I am working as a sales manager in Germany, my german is not perfect and thats something that bothers me cause maybe they wont trust someone that doenst speak their language for a sale. I am earning good money and i was thinking to start something like that while i m still working as a manager for some extra money. I caught my self looking for cars everyday before sleep for at least an hour every night for no reason, even tho i own a new car and a motorcycle and then i though why not work on it. Thats my passion. Also i want to own a lamborghini someday. I m just afraid to do the first step.

I've been buying and selling cars since I was 17 y/o. This guy is correct. I started out with a dirt bike I bout for 150, repainted it and sold it for 500. Moved onto a 500 ford escort I cleaned up and sold for 1200. Then another ford escort and so on. Then it built up to Porsche 944's, jaguar xjs's, and exotics. For example, jaguar xjs needed nothing. Bought for 5800 and sold it a month later for 6900. I guess this kind of a testimonial because I guarantee you there's money in flipping cars. I've done it for years.

If its a semi-high wanted car they wont do deals, they are going to try and sell it for top dollar. A normal car they have no problem just moving, the dealership and sales managers get their money but the salesmen ends up with like like a mini which around 50-100bucks. So if they know the public is reallly going to want this car, getting a deal is hard whether its cash or not. You should flip cars, but you need to be flipping 5 a day, then you will find yourself busy 24hrs a day traveling to auctions.

So my curiosity revolves around the taxes on the flip. and yes I know it revolves around the state. do yo have to pay taxes on the purchase or just on the profit? I agree the profit comes on the purchase, but taxes and the government sure cuts in. I'm a statistician, but there is 16 hours a day I'm not working and could be doing this. and not having to finance would be a leg up. I'd be real interested in more videos on this, maybe more breakdowns.

You can run excel all you want, but everyone can utilize KBB's front-end to price their car. C'mon Bro, you haven't made 10K flipping cars. Your cash came from mom and dad and YT. Nothing wrong with that, but it's insulting that you really think people are this dumb or are Mennonites with zero internet. How much did you lose on the X5? Did you legit net 2500 on the X5 deal including the Mini?

I have been a dealer for 10 years. It sounds like you know what your doing. But I would say. it sounds like your purchase peferences are far too scientific. No matter what type of vehicle you purchase. as long as the purchase price is below the market value. you will have success. And why don't you shop at the dealer auction?

So can we make this straight for the less educated. The gallardo you own is a poverty vehicle. In better word its cheap entry car, costs about 10k down and 900-1500 a month sooo i think any imbecile can pull that. or save for a real car like the 458 and buy it cash. Your welcome and i know the guy you bought this car from.

Very intriguing strategy. I've considered getting into real estate wholesaling, but since I love photographing and cleaning cars, maybe this is a better option. I'd love to know more about the taxes and specific paperwork involved. If anyone in Ohio has experience with this, I would love to meet up and talk

If your not someone who is not not good at working on cars, do not buy and sell cars. I know a person who bought a car and paid a mechanic to fix it and lost his ass. You must be able to repair them yourself. You would not believe how many people try to by and sell cars and they cannot work on them.
