So, serious question here - the box and mount attaches to the glass over the engine, right? How strong is that glass to handle all that weight. particularly on a more long-term basis, plus any bumps which adds extra force? I have a decent sized Thule cargo carrier for my GTI, which weighs around 45 pounds unloaded - when I loaded it up and drove across country (from Maine to SoCal, it was pretty heavy. I can't imagine it would be that good for the glass on the Lambo, even with a moderate load in it?

Stradman = Lambo with ski-box. Combined with the purple, it's a unique look - your signature. I love the adventures you go on - it's not the destination that counts; it's the journey. Keep up the great work. Even if it was negative, that was pretty cool that you've gotten people talking. I vote you keep the Lambo forever and put 200, 000 miles on it. I love how he says 160k miles like it's a whole lot of miles, meanwhile my daily driver 540i has 182, 000 miles and I had a 200, 000 mile 540i/6 earlier this year. 200, 000 is the new 100, 000, so anything less than 200, 000 is what I'd consider to be low mileage. There's a guy on M5Board with 305, 000 miles on his M5, all original engine.

not a fan of the box either, but, fully understand why you have it and respect it, love that you drive it all over, nice to see this type of car get driven and not sold after 5 years of ownership and only 5K miles on it. hopefully ill see it sometime in utah at one of the car things or when I cruise the canyons.

to the haters. he isn't the first to spend money beyond what a cars worth to repair it because he loves it. i've done it. better he do that and drive and enjoy a car he loves than send it to the salvage yard. as for the box. you rock it. only way to road trip a lambo. but a color match wrap would work

+TheStradman I'm currently on a two year goal of owning a Lambo my self. Working hard and going to make it happen. Love your videos. I really just came across you on a whim. I'm up in Green Bay, WI. Jealous of SEMA. every year I want to go, but something always comes up sadly. :(

Hey James quick question about your wrap, I heard that u weren't allowed to wrap the door jams, unless u change the color on insurance, is that true? Been looking into a wrap myself, especially since the snow is right around the corner Keep it up with the videos, love them
