I wouldn't buy either but if you are going to buy one I've not had much experience of a G Wagon, but can say the RR Sport is an amazing car and makes more sense in the US with Gas prices etc than it does here in the UK. However, boring stuff aside (like mpg) this will transport you and your buddies anywhere you need to go at breakneck speeds My friend had one of the Mk1 RR Sport Supercharged models and it was awesome. Kind've strange to be going at the speeds it does in a house, but that's part of the fun/charm. Both the G Wagon and RR would be expensive to maintain/fix. But then the one you think would be affordable is rusting up. Good lesson there guys, always lok underneath the car or take someone who knows wht to look for with you when you look at a a car.

G Wagon over the RR Sport any day of the week. The former also holds its value so much better. That RR Sport adjustable suspension is going to break in a month. Watch Doug DeMuro's RR maintenance video. Beautiful car but the way it breaks down is a borderline joke. G Wagon's reliability is much strong than the RR, it looks better, is more iconic and yes the performance is amazing but you don't get an SUV for performance unless it's a Porsche Cayenne anyway.

Sold my 2012 RR Sport V-8 Supercharged last year. amazing performance MPG is around 12, though, in mixed driving. On that particular car, check out the air suspension. looks like the rear is riding a bit too high. Also, be wary of brake use. less than 20k miles for a set of brakes is pretty standard and on the V8 Supercharged model, they're not cheap to replace. All in all, super fun car, but they've got their quirks Good luck. some fun trucks

Up your budget a bit on the G-Wagon, and you can drive it around for 2 years or so for almost no money. Once they drop below 50K, they are pretty good investments. Reliability is pretty good, and if you can find a local independent shop to service it, it won't cost much more than a Wrangler to run. If the G you find has side pipes, the sound is amazing. Hoping to pick one up myself at some point, as a daily.

This looks to be an excellent 11' Rangrover sport Supercharged & I'm just saying I can't find that much car for that cheap at all where I've lived If this doesn't excite ya'll I don't think you've seen the markets. Man the other only alternative will be ah, the Porsche Cayenne & probably equally as old for the 31K or a little more guys

2011 rrsc for 30k or the 02 g wagon is 30k, range all day, and also the 2010 range is much more reliable then the older Bmw engines, those 5. 0 Jaguar engines were designed to the Range Rover, I own a 2012 RRSC hse autobiography, for over 2 years and it's got 85k miles and has been a beauty Love it

Speaking from experience, the G-Wagon is vastly overrated unless you're taking it off road. Its completely wasted on the street and by the Kardashians. Range Rover Sport has rattle issues. My choice was the BMW X5M. I actually narrowed it down to the X5M, ML63, and Cayenne Turbo, and the Bimmer won me over.

If I were you I would get a G wagen. They're really reliable. Compared to the Range Rover, which will brake in a hour. If I were you I'd get a E class wagon. If you were to have a Range Rover you would then be like Doug Demuro. Best choices probably are old Jeep Srt-8 or that wrangler.
