You live in Utah? Do you wear magic underwear? Or do you just happen to live in Utah for no particular reason? Anyway, I vote you stay where you are and start your dealership. Maybe rent that connected apartment if it becomes available, you can't seriously live in an office without a kitchen and full bath with a shower. In a few years, when your dealership business gets going, you _will_ be able to afford to own a McMansion and a garage full of supercars

Stradman. Look at it like this. Your a young and intelligent and resourceful entrepreneur, youve gotten pretty successful so far in your life with all the ventures that you have done and youve accomplished that by taking the risk that most people would not even dream of doing, so my vote is for you to start the dealership, that would be a more one on one and a more intimate relationship with your customers So do the dealer option

Cali is a tax waste hole. You will lose your shirt if you do this type of show here. Honestly. My suggestion is that you base in Salt Lake. You are near enough but won't go broke on. gas, registration, REGISTRATION, gas, mechanics, REGISTRATION, etc. We pay 1200 a year in registration for three normal vehicles. 2012 Camry, 2017 Jeep unlimited, 2009 Motto Guzzi. It is CRAZY expensive here.

LA is A LOT more expensive. I lived in a 1300 square foot apartment for 3800 a month in Huntington Beach. So glad I got out of there. Since then, I was able to afford the Porsche and Ferrari. Really enjoying your content. Yes, I am watching every single one of your videos 3x. It is a way to pass the time at work when I am working on code.

U need to get a real life and get a real job. Like the the one u got b4 (accountant. Undergoing a form of depression? Depressed people can have grandiose delusions. Yeah it hurts to get laid off but life goes on. I don't know what your life situation is. U could bum another friends couch, or go crying back into mommys & daddys arms. Keepin it real.

I agree with the LA comments, you will not like it. Maybe for a year or two, but when the Honeymoon is over you will any to move. That happened to me here in Scottsdale, AZ. Now considering moving to Camp Verde, AZ. A whopping 13k residents. but still close to Phoenix, Vegas, skiing in Flagstaff & lots of chill stuff in the area

I would love to see the dealership because it's different from the typical automotive youtuber. Just imagine the possibilities their would be cars coming and going we would get to see a variety of vehicles not just the lambo and the wrangler. If you see this comment take it into consideration.

I'm thinking the Dealership would be cool. LA is too overpriced and would cut into the content you can provide and would likely limit travel due to the outrageous expense. Another fun option would be to setup near the Nurburgring if you could find a spot. It's amazing over there: )

SoCal has plenty of great roads. Look at the piece of road Matt Farah found to do his Smoking Tire series. Only problem is dealing with California cops. And you can't really go off road around here much. I think Gorman is still a thing, but I don't know since I'm not an off-roader.
