Notice how you see people psrroting the its a bmw yet where were these people when McLaren f1 put in a bmw engine and created the greatest super car ever? Not a peep about that, Proving to me the supra bmw is from people parroting each other. I mean an Italian supercar using basic german engine and no comments on that but japanes company uses german engineering and suddenly people care?

It is your money, but I'm questioning why you are purchasing cars that are subpar. I get it the Focus RS is a hatchback for Oscar despite the fact that it has a worse resale value than the STi, is slower than the STi and is less modifiable. Now you buy a re-skinned BMW Z4? Like I said it's your money, but personally I would not have purchased either of those cars.

6-8 months? Sounds like the project is going to cost a lot. Then again, with your finance background, I'm sure you'll make it Would love to see more update videos of your new awesome project. And, since not just me, but I'm sure a lot of your viewers love aviation, more helicopter / airplane action footage please: )

Barn needs a dedicated shop that should be the sizes of a 4 car garage. Garages should be high enough to lift and double stack cars. Make more room between cars. Add an open lounge area for pool table, bar, couch, office desk. Apartment needs to be at least one more bed room for home office or other shit.

He man, just another idea for your new house: how sick would it be if you would make the lift you are wanting to place in your new garage a bit higher and make a hole in the ground, so you would look at the car itself instead of looking down through the glass

Dont forget ventilation so you dont have a build of of co over time. You need to have your living area separated by some sort of wall from the garage. Once a car is off co still leaks out and over time it will build up on the walls and its not healthy.
