Major Dream House Update & Toyota Supra Wrap Steven Williams: Say you have way to many vehicles. You need to thin your fleet down. Now I am a 70 car guy, senior citizen ya know. I have to turn in my leased Civic Hatch soon. I like the RS. But is to pricey. So why not donate your RS to a senior citizen who needs transportation as a good deed. AWD would be great here in Michigan. LOL

In terms of land, that one small one acre lot in the HoA was a hard no. All of the others were really nice, but I do agree that the cheapest (and largest) and the most expensive (but small but has the BEST view) are really nice. The other one is more secluded, for now, but it'll probably get built up eventually. The one with the most land has the most space for building potential, but building on it would be expensive with excavation and landscaping costs. That water view of the small lot though. you gotta look and see if how much the properties have the potential to appreciate in cost as well if it's in an area that's desirable and actively being built upon. Good luck man

get the house by the lake You could go ice skating in the winter and boating in the summer But seriously, get the land that already has gas, electric, water, sewer hookups built into the purchase price. Getting those up to speed can cost more than the land itself so make sure you do your homework before you buy The land you are looking at seems to be too far out of town to be on the septic system, so you might end up with a septic tank. You don't flush your toilet paper and its kinda gross but you get used to it. You really should get a solar system on the roof of your new house; it will save your electric bill and help the environment all at the same time: )

Just bought my first apartment, it feels insane to see you house shopping after having been homeless not too long ago, big props; ) But before taking on massive debt like this, I would argue that you take into account being able to pay your bills if things go sideways for some reason. I could afford a nicer flat myself, but set a fairly hard limit on how much I would loan in order to get good interest rates, and essentially calculated what I needed in order to afford it on unemployment insurance. I also hope you don't listen to my Swedish appropriateness and go for broke, want to visit that barn and catch a ride in cool cars some day

Build on a hill - no flooding. W/ the cars you have, flooding would be REALLY bad. May also want to consider a very gradual slope on the garage floor to an oversized emergency drain, as well as an oversized french drain on the uphill side of the property. Basically make sure you do a good job on ur civil work to protect ur investment. It's not a lot of extra money to prevent a mountain of issues.

Strad the land is maybe expensive now but in time it's value will get doubled. Deosn't matter how long you will live there 5 or 25 - view is perfect, lake is close - 200k more than others is a lot but think this way - from this moment on you will earn more and more and more and you don't want to regret in 5 years that you bought cheaper land because of some silly 200k. good luck bro

Ight strad you got an option of punishments on your hands rnHeres the list: Land 1- its steep it could scrape the bottom of your cars (expect the Jeep)Land 2- the neighbors literally look like they dont like cold start up mornings Just putting that out here and yeah. the second one looks good

Think about it this way. if you got the cheaper one, would you regret not buying the nicer one? Would you be happy in whichever one you buy? Sometimes its not about which one is the nicest one that you can get but rather will you be happy with what you get.

I was in the area you looking today. As an old man I would say get the most land you can You may be able to sale your house and section your land for another home 10 years from now. Thats a big plus. Not much Lamborghini time in the winter in that area.

Hey James i know you might have found a plot but there is this beautiful plot near this place called the Springville reservoirand it is the perfect size for the house, it's near the canyon and the reservoir is a perfect place to have Oskar run around in.
