This Corona virus will continue until the fall, say various experts in Sweden and even experts on medecin in the US. Furthermore, when it comes to the economy of the World, it will be shaky for the rest of 2020 and perhaps a bit into the year 2021. As long as this virus ravages the world, the economy will not be stable anywhere in the World. Now I am the one who hates Tesla and all other electric cars, but it is foolhardy that the economy is now to buy Teslan or any other car. You should NOT buy land or build houses. Because of how the economy is now it is idiotic, and this with the economy means that the price of land will fall in price. I have been working on finance, shares for 30 years, and studied the US economy. Everything can change quickly when it comes to the economy, you look at the American stock market. then it has dropped sharply, recovered a little to sink again. The same thing applies everywhere. Make sure to secure your finances first.

Bruh, from what I understand, doesnt the housing market usually collapse about a year or so after the stock markets collapse? Might want to wait it out a little longer than a few months. By that time therell be contractors willing to work for cheaper because nobody will be building. Especially in a place like Utah where contractors are really busy as of late. Just a thought

What I would love to see especially in today's current economy, what it really takes to own a super car. So basically, how do you pick them, find them, do you finance or buy out right. Then what's the up keep look like. You could do a whole video on that and never even leave the house.

Id probably back out of the land deal. Manny says real estate lags behind the economy by 12-18mths. If thats the case, you could pick up the land way cheaper down the track, and even if that land isnt available later, theres always other great spots, just might take looking longer?

I think you should sell all of your cars except the corvette, Aventador, and the Jeep, Guyardo and buy the Tesla for Oskar and then build your house. Build a partial of your dream house to build onto it later finishing up the design. Thats how If do it. Just saying.

Buy the property, cancel the Tesla. Simple economics. It's hard to find the perfect real estate location, and Tesla's are everywhere and they can always make another exactly like this one. You can't duplicate the exact same piece of property.

use the fact that the economy is crashing as leverage to get a lower price on the land. If they say no tell them that you are backing out of the deal. they will probably do the deal for less if you try.

Idea for a video: Take each of your cars and do donuts with them and blend all of them together to make a cut of them all in the same frame.
