Thanks again James for sharing your dreams. One suggestion is that you ensure the architect designs access to the roof for your overhead shots. You ll have to get rid of the Rolls or nosy people will find out where you live on Google Earth Haha. Regards, Bob M. South Wales

James, I hope you see this. You are not ready for the Tuatara. We all know about your horrible past, don't make silly mistakes and go back to that stage. I think buy a hypercar for 1M dollars Max, and hold off on the Tuatara.

That s a crazy amount of space maybe you can find new young you tubers and offer them a place to get off the ground but ether way the house is going to be sick I love the sky bridge I hope you have roof access for this roof shots

make the interior rustic. The contrast between new and expensive cars ans a rustic brick wall is beautiful. Try to score some reclaimed brick to build the house if its not too expensive. Trust me, I'm an artist.

I think the old kinda ranch style of the exterior with a modern interior is a fantastic idea cuz if I had the chance to build my own house that is how it would be. So it would be cool to see it in real life.

Dont get the tora twwwvurr however you say/spell it, because it may be able to get to 300mph but do you know if it will increase in price or decrease in the future? Just a thought.
