Can you answer to my Question. If I want to have lunch with some rice with so many veggies added one the top, the day after If I don't want rice anymore can I eat like 200gr or 300gr Of bread made at home with: 00 flour; fresh yeast and water? or If I want to do Pizza with these ingredients (for the pasta): envelope active dry yeast; warm water; bread flour; olive oil? Can I eat them? or they are not good for wheight loss? thank you If you answer me

Freelee, you're as wrong as you are hot. You obviously have no medical background and have absolutely no place giving diet or lifestyle advice. 80% of glucose is metabolized in the rest of your cells and only 20% has to be processed by your liver. But fructose is different, 100% is processed in the liver into. FAT. I'm curious how long you and your boyfriend's livers burnout. My guess is not terribly long.

A 'diet' one athlete uses will not necessarily work for you, and thats FINE. All bodies are very different bodies, and thats FINE. If you want to learn from her, thats fine too. BUT make sure you are taking the time to find what works for YOUR BODY opposed to what has worked for HERS. Learn from it, tweak it, make it your own. Find out what works for YOUR body and what YOU wish to achieve.

Freelea isn't even lean. I don't see any lean muscle mass? Just skin and bones. If you wanna be lean, paleo is the way to go. I eat a shitload of protein and high fats and only small amounts of carbs and I am MUCH leaner than Freelea. This chick is wack.

I'm so glad I'm not on the pill anymore! my skin cleared up and my menstrual cramps disappeared while I was on it, but I can't believe I was putting all those excess hormones into my body! I now have the same results following freelees advice!

Thanks Freelee after yours and other raw vegan's advice I have come off the pill last month after 10 years and am feeling so much better already, I have lost 5 lbs without much effort. My practice nurse told me it was dangerous to stop! :)

why cant you just put something on that does not show your stomach? it looks rdiculous when you put a sweater on that keeps your neck warm but at the same time does not cover your stomach. where do you even get this stuff? xD
