As much as Freelee didn't intend to offend, she is responsible not only for her intention, but her impact. She knows people will see the title and not watch, and that impacts people and audiences. The title could come across to someone who has never watched Freelee, as shaming someone who may possibly be anorexic. You must be aware of the impact of those who do not watch the video, as you are responsible for that impact. Of course, it would be better if people did watch the video and get the full message, but everyone on YouTube (from YouTubers to viewers) know pretty damn well that doesn't happen most of the time. If someone is offended by the title, the thing that pulls an audience in and impacts non-viewers severely- they have the right to be. Again, I am a firm believer in that people are responsible for their intentions and the impact of their actions.

Whatever thought process you possess that makes you think it's okay to talk about another persons personal life period, let alone a sensitive topic like this, is pretty twisted. Learn to stay in your lane. It's really not that hard. If it isn't YOUR business, then DON'T address it! Wether your intention was to help her or hurt her. It's personal! And your video is public. And it's a bit ridiculous that anyone even has to address to you where you went wrong.
Sit down. Humble yourself. And think about the impact your content made on the person you chose to be the topic of your pathetic video. Wether she watched it or not! The title alone was obviously enough!

You literally just said her symptoms (visual and the little offhanded comments she makes about her feet being purple) means that she isn't eating enough. And that is EXTREMELY true, especially since she is working out pretty much every day. I'm sure she's eating healthy, and thinks that that's helping, but if she's not taking in enough calories, carbs and other nutrients she's going to end up making herself weak and sick. Her muscles could be so much more benefited through eating more.
